Tenderfoot Concrete starts Wednesday 7/21

The Contractor has completed all of the utility work on Tenderfoot Street this week.

The roadway has been cut down to subgrade and the contractor started placing roadbase.

Monday and Tuesday, the contractor will be prepping the sides of the road beneath the new concrete valley pans.

Wednesday, the contractor plans to pour concrete pans on both sides of the road.

I will send follow-up information Tuesday, confirming the schedule and discuss where to park during the concrete curing process. Residents will not be allowed to drive over the concrete until Friday Evening after the concrete is poured.
