Tenderfoot Concrete Update

TENDERFOOT SOUTH SIDE CONCRETE PAN (Town Park Side) 7/20-7/23

Affected Addresses: 152,156,160,164 Tenderfoot & 435 E. LaBonte

The Contractor will begin preparing for the new concrete pan placement across these driveways on Tuesday 7/20 at Noon. After this time you will not be able to get in and out of your driveways while the concrete cures.

Please move your vehicles to the Town Park Parking lot at the west end of Tenderfoot or to the side of E. LaBonte Street prior to Noon on Tuesday. A string line will be placed across your driveway overnight, to start the concrete process early Wednesday Morning at 7:30 am.

You will not be able to park in your driveways or cross the new concrete pan until 5pm on Friday 7/23.

TENDERFOOT NORTH SIDE CONCRETE PAN (Highway 6 Side) 7/21-7/23

Affected Addresses: 151,155,159,163,167 and 171Tenderfoot

The Contractor will begin preparing for the new concrete pan placement across these driveways on Wednesday 7/21 at Noon. After this time you will not be able to get in and out of your driveways while the concrete cures.

Please move your vehicles to the Town Park Parking lot at the west end of Tenderfoot or to the side of E. LaBonte Street prior to Noon on Wednesday. A string line will be placed across your driveway overnight, to start the concrete process early Thursday Morning at 7:30 am.

You will not be able to park in your driveways or cross the new concrete pan until 5pm on Friday 7/23.

I have sent direct emails to the affected homeowners or taped a notice to their door.
