Tenderfoot Paving on Thursday and Friday

Thanks again for your patience during the construction process.

Wednesday, the contractor is preparing the driveway patches. The paving schedule for Tenderfoot street is tentatively planned as follows:

THURSDAY 7/29: Pave driveways between right-of-way line and new concrete pan.

FRIDAY 7/30: Tenderfoot Street Paving between Town Park and the LaBonte intersection.

Paving is always a difficult day......so please expect long delays getting access to your residences.

Driveway paving usually takes 45-90 minutes per driveway depending on driveway size and asphalt delivery times.

On Friday, if you will need your vehicles, It is best to either park in the new Town Park parking lot near Lake Dillon Drive during the daytime work hours, OR have plans away from your homes. Parking on the east side of LaBonte Street south of Tenderfoot is also an option. (The east side is the side opposite from the construction.)

This schedule is weather-dependent and subject to change. There is also an asphalt oil shortage.....but my contractor is confident he can get asphalt this week to complete this portion of the work.
