Monday & Tuesday: June 6th and 7th. The contractor will complete the sidewalk work on Tenderfoot Street between the Gold Run Circle ends.
Starting Monday June 6th: Tenderfoot Hill road re-construction will begin. This will involve the removal of the existing concrete curb and gutter and a 380' section of the asphalt road.
TENDERFOOT HILL CLOSURE
Starting June 6th TENDERFOOT HILL WILL BE CLOSED at the top of the hill through July 4th weekend.
For the rest of the month only residents who live in the nine houses on the hill will be allowed into the work zone from the bottom of the hill. This includes weekends.
The road will torn up and there will not be any room for thru traffic to the Town Center due to the multiple obstacles and material stockpiles.
All-access to homes and condominiums on Gold Run Circle and lower Tenderfoot Street will be from the east end of Tenderfoot at Highway 6.
IT WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE TO DRIVE THROUGH THE HILL CONSTRUCTION AREA TO GET TO THE TOWN CENTER AND POST OFFICE AREAS.
