Tenderfoot Street concrete is 90% complete

The contractor, Columbine Hills, completed most of the concrete pans and sidewalk on Tenderfoot Street this week between Town Park and the intersection at E. LaBonte Street.

The week of July 26th, the contractor will be completing the following tasks:

• prepping the roadway for asphalt paving

• prepping driveways for asphalt paving

• Finishing the concrete sidewalk tie ins and curb at Town Park on the west end of the jobsite.

• Placing topsoil in disturbed areas of the Right-of-Way

As soon as get the paving schedule I will pass that along.
