Week of July 10th - Last week of heavy construction

Columbine Hills Construction will finish the heavy construction portions of the 2023 Lodgepole Street this coming week.

The contractor completed the concrete pans on Lodgepole hill last week and will finish the remaining concrete sidewalk on Monday. The final paving will be completed Thursday or Friday depending on the weather. The road should be re-opened by Friday Evening. By the end of the week most of the disturbed areas should be shaped and capped with new topsoil.

There will be some smaller projects that will be completed in the following weeks which includes installing the new fence along the lakeside sidewalk and reseeding efforts.
